Step One: Get Adobe Photoshop Elements |
Step 1.1: Go to this URL to download Photoshop Elements:
http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshopelwin/tryout.html
Step 1.2: Here you will click
on the "Download Now" hyperlink
This will take you to a page where you will need to create a
new FREE
account with Adobe or enter your login if you're an existing account holder.
Step 1.3: When the page changes you're going to have to select the version you want, then click the DOWNLOAD button.
Step 1.4: When you click the link, your browser will ask you where you want to save the file.
Choose to save it to your DESKTOP, where you can easily find it afterwards.

Step Two: Install Adobe Photoshop Elements |
Step 2.1: When the download is finished you need to locate the .exe file you dowloaded. (If you followed the steps above then you'll have saved it to your desktop and you should see it there easily enough.)
Here's what the icon looks like:
Step 2.2: DOUBLE CLICK the PSE_5.0_WIN_WEB_ENG.exe icon open.
Step 2.3: To complete the installation just follow the prompts on the screen.
Step 2.4: When the installation is complete you should RESTART your computer to clear the temporary installation files.
Step 2.5: Once you've restarted your system, go to the WINDOWS START button, then choose PROGRAMS and in the program list, look for this icon:
When you've located it, double click it open and go to the next step in the Web Design Dashboard!
